Individual customer
| 1. |
A copy of identification card or any legally valid ID card together with an original ID card such as:

Non-Thai AIS GSM subscribers can use a passport and its copy together with work permit document which was issued less than 3 months OR A letter of employment issued by an employer which was issued less than 1 month OR A letter of employment issued by an embassy which was issued less than 3 months |

Users who have been AIS GSM subscribers for less than 3 months, you can bring along the following additional documents:

The bank account passbook which has been opened for more than 3 month with an outstanding balance of over 50,000 baht and its copy OR a proof of income at least
10,000 Baht (issued less than 3 months) OR a copy of following credit cards Bank credit
card, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners |

In case corporate which registered with AIS GSM more than 3 months requires

A copy of a company registration certificate within 3 moths certified and affixed deal a true copy by the authorized signature binding the company |

In case corporate which registered with AIS GSM less than 3 months requires
